Suggest Remedies For Abdominal Cramps, Constipation And Blood In Stools

Hi My friend has had abdominal cramps and mainly bleeding hardly any stools involved altho the night before had stools and found it very hard to wee aswell, the blood is bright red and seems to have tiny spots and flakes in it and no stools and is having abdominal cramps

Hi..Can understand your concern...As per your query about having abdominal cramps with constipation and stool with blood can be due to any ulcer or haemorrhoid and needs to be evaluated by a physician Avoid spicy foods .Take a fibre rich diet and plenty of liquids to avoid constipation.Any stool softener or laxative like cremaffin will be effective if constipation is more.A colonoscopy may be needed for a proper diagnosis..I hope the information helps you.Take care.
