Got Shouldered Into Chest. Pain Is On Right Side Of Chest Around Nipple. How To Cure?

Hi... I was playin football 10 days ago and i got shouldered into the chest... It was a bit sore wen it happened but since then i ave played football again an now it seems to b alot worse... It hurts when i lie on my side in bed an wen i go to get up.. It hurts wen i lift something heavy and also wen i sneeze... The pain is on right hamd side of my chest around the nipple area... Any advice please and thanks

DEAR SIR, THE BLUNT TRAUMA WHICH YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED MAY HAVE LEAD TO A RIB FRACTURE AS IS EVIDENT ON LIFTING WEIGHTS AND PRESSURE ON LYING DOWN AND SNEEZING.
GET A CHEST XRAY DONE TO CONFIRM THE DIAGNOSIS AND LOCALISE THE SITE .
TREATMENT WOULD BE JUST RIB STRAPPING, ANTI INFLAMMATORY DRUGS AND PHYSICAL REST. MAJORITY OF THE CASES DONT EVEN REQUIRE ANY FIXATION OR STRAPPING. USUALLY HEAL WITHIN 4-6 WEEKS..
