Got Periods After Penetrative Sex, Been Anemic, Dizzy, Has Headache And Stomach Ache. Could Be Pregnant ?

Hi Doc! A friend(26) is rather worried, she engaged in non-penatrative sex with her boyfriend(26) but he had ejaculated. She got her period 3 days after engaging in the above. Been anemic for a few months(before the above experience and still is anemic) and still has dizziness, head and tummy ache, high heart rate due to the anemia.... could she be pregnant? Thanks... a concerned friend.

As she had menses after having penetrative sex, there is no chance of having pregnancy.

Her symptoms are might be due to loss of blood super imposed on her anemic condition.

She should consult her doctor for evaluation and treatment of anemia.

She should avoid unprotected sex if she doe not want pregnancy.
