Good Sensation On Touching The Small Piece Of Cylinder Shaped Skin On The Opening Of Labia Majora And Minora. Is It Normal?

Hello, im a 25 year old female and never used a mirror to look at myself down there. My question is when I was opening up the Libia Majora and minora to see towards the vaginal area, I noticed a small little piece of skin, looked cylidar like and the size of the tip of a lead pencil. So I touched it and I got a like feel good sensation. Is that little skin normal?
