Frequent Urination A Week After D&C, Normal Urinalysis Result. Any Thoughts?

Just had my 2nd miscarrage in 6 months and had to have d &c both times (11 weeks and 13 weeks along 4 healthy kids first got gestational diabetes with all 4. 1 week after d&C and now I have frequent urination . I have to go every hour durning the day and 2-4 times durning the night. Urinalysis came back clean of bacteria. and thoughts?

A clean urine practically rules out infection.
History of Gestational Diabetes in all 4 pregnancies strongly points the possibility that Diabetes might have arrived!
Go ahead and test - GTT (Glucose Tolerance Test and HbA1C (Glycosylated haemoglobin) - you might by now be familiar with them
Earlier the better
