Im 39 yrs old and have been having severe headaches for a few years now they are more frequent and i also have started having problems with stuttering and its hard for me to get the words out when im trying to speak to someone. I am very forgetful but that has been going on for a long time i cant remember a huge part of my life.

Although there can be many possible causes for the stated complains you should go ahead with MRI of the brain to investigate.
Depression could be a possible diagnosis as the symptoms that you have mentioned can be explained by depression. If so 6-8 weeks theraoy will lead to dramatic improvement.
Regarding worg finding difficulty and sluttering try speaking in low speed and things may improve.
