I had paneer (some cheese) yesterday night. Now I have severe allergy (red, itchy and swollen eyes). Paneer is the only unusual food i had from past 2 days. I would like to know what kind of test should i do to find out the allergy i have and what medication should be taken?

If you are allergic to paneer, then you must avoid it completely. Probably you are allergic to cow's milk which is the reason for being allergic to paneer. There are many tests for detecting food allergies like food challenges, patch test, skin prick test, RAST, blood test etc. Consult a physician specialising in detecting food allergies who will know which tests are best for you and will suggest you appropriate medications.
