Hi,I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms are suggestive of allergic rhinitis. Before giving my opinion ,I need to know few information like
>Nasal irritation, nasal blockage, triggers like dust, cold etc in favor of rhinitis
>cough,wheeze ,breathlessness to exclude asthma

Then I would advise you to :
>Wash nasal cavity with normal saline or water
>Steroid nasal spray
>Oral antihistamine

Since this is prescription medicine ,so my suggestion is :please meet your local doctor and get treatment accordingly.

Hope this helps you.If you have additional queries, please do not hesitate in writing us.
Wish you good health.
