Foul Smelly Flatulence, Blasto Hominis, Taken Antibiotics And Probiotics. Any Diet?

Hello, my 11 year old son picked up blasto hominis from Fiji of september last year. We have finally had the last specimen taken 2 weeks ago and it no longer contains the parasite. In this year he has been on 7 antibiotics. Has has taken several courses of probiotics. Our concerns for him now is the foul smelly flatulence that is troubling him, in life and at school. We heard that it can cause digestive disturbances. Who should we see please? Is there anything he can take for it? What diet should we follow? Thank you so much!

Pediatrician 's  Response
greetings,

its great that the final specimen showed no parasite.
so here it is to say that if your son is still having a problem, its better to make his diet more flatulence.
in general more pulses etc give rise to have more flatulence.
hence here you can add more roughage and fibre to the diet, this will help in digestion as well.
you can show to a gastroenterologist.
