Foreskin Tight During Erection. Infection Under Foreskin, Red Spots, Scars. Will Effect Sexual Life? Remedy?
My foreskin getting tight during erection.Though i am able to pull it back but it is painful. My age is 27, i am going to marry next year.
Before 3 months around i got an infection under my fore skin, due to which some white stuffs, (smelling fishy) is coming out.
This infection is existing till now. & there are also some red spots & scars on the fore skin.
I am worried how it will affect my sexual life.
Please give some suggestion or suggest any medicine.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having infection called Bellano-prostitis.
Due to not having proper retraction of fore skin, there might be having collection of smegma under fore skin giving rise to infection.
It is advisable to go for circumcision operation.
Meanwhile go for one antibiotic medicine course to treat present infection.
Make a habit to clean glans by averting fore skin while taking bath.
Ok and take care.
