Foreplay Without Contact Of Genitals. Ejaculated On Back. Semen Flowed Down From Back. Chances Of Pregnancy?

Hi Doctor I have a question, me and my boyfriend were having outer course without any contact of genitals and I'm a virgin, although he ejaculated on my back when we were standing, the semen went down to my butt I'm not sure if it reached to my vulva or not, but I cleaned my back, butt and my vagina with water and tissues very quickly, is there a chance to get pregnant that way?? I should be expecting my period in 10 days. thanks in advance.

From your description the chances are slim, but we can never be too sure. In some individuals, despite of an ejaculation taken place inside the vagina and a certain position attained in order to allow the semen to enter and result in pregnancy, it still does not.

Whereas, in some, even while practicing the withdrawal method (i.e. removing the penis from the vagina, before the sensation of ejaculation), pregnancy results.

So I would just advise you to rule out pregnancy with a home pregnancy test conducted either 2 weeks from this sexual act or on the first or second day of a missed period, using an early morning urine sample. Although chances are slim to nothing, better to be safe than sorry. Take care.

the semen has to reach cervix-the mouth of uterus, then only it can enter it.
In your case it must have dropped downdue to gravity.
So, no worry, least chances of pregnancy . your periods should come as usual.
