Forehead Injury, Bump Formed On Head With Dent, Bruising, Headache. Serious Symptoms?

Hi, I was butt in the forehead last night by my boyfriend and today I have a bump on my head with bruising , but the center of the bump is sunken in and sore to touch - I also have a slight headach....is there internal bleeding or serious injury? As I am a mother of 2 and unemployed with no ins. to go to hospital. Thank you
