Forearm Bruise, Reddish, Turning Dark. Should I Be Worried?

Yes, Saturday morning I woke-up with a small cluster if bruises on my right forearm! It looks like my finger prints from my left hand! I didn t sleep very well at all Friday night. The bruises were red when I woke up but then they started turning dark like bruises do. Just wanted to know if this is something I need to be worried about? Thank you for your help! Nathalee
