Flat Bump Near Vagina. White Stuffy Discharge, Vaginal Tightness. Cause?

I was washing up and felt a flat bump on my right thigh near my vagina then I gets up too per next morning and my whole and the lips had white stuff on it and was able to come off what's wrong with me I'm sexually active and having unprotected sex with one person and I'm 15 scared cause its making my vagina feel weird and tight

Thanks for the query.
There is possibility of some vaginal infection and lymph nodal enlargement due to it.
Better to consult gynecologist and get examined to find out the possible cause for your problem and take treatment accordingly.
Both the partners should be treated simultaneously and better to maintain abstinence till the infection cures completely.
