Hello,

Sedentary lifestyle or low fiber diet may cause this problem. Take a high fiber diet and do regular exercise. Use Metamucil or Benefiber for the bulk formation of stools.

Peg move powder 17grams in one glass of hot water may give relief. If symptoms not improved please consult your gastroenterologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
