hi, your echo findings suggestive of congenital heart disease , TETROLOGY OF FALLOT . TOF accounts for approximately 10% of all congenital heart disease and one of the most common congenital cyanotic heart disease.
you have not mentioned about age of patient, repair surgery which is usually performed electively in the first year of life, permits over 85% of children to survive to adulthood.
so you consult a cardiologist and discuss about surgery.
