Fever, Body Ache, Fatigue, Undergoing Tb Treatment. Taking Forecox. Common Symptoms When Under Treatment?

Hi i am 26yr old i am under TB treatment at present i am taking Tab.forecox 2 tabs daily since past one month.but currently suffering from fever,body ache,and fatigue in evening hours. Please suggest me weather these are common symptoms during treatment,and also i cont even climb the steps.. I will be thankful for your suggestions.

Hello,
Evening rise of fever, body ache, fatigue, associated with frequent Respiratory infection loss of appetite and loss of weight are common symptoms of approved TB.
During treatment also the symptoms may recur. The treatment is spread over a period of 9 months to 1 YR. The treatment is initially 4 drug regimen reduced to 3 drug then reduced to 2 drugs.
What you are taking is 4 drug Regimen. So follow the advise of the treating Dr, along with healthy food, high protein diet, vitamines, healthy airy atmosphere and avoidance of smoking.
slowly your general condition will improve, you will put on weight at that time you wii be able to climb up stairs easily. Anyhow Checkup with the treating Dr whther ECG to be taken. Broncho dilators if indicated.
You will recover 100% over a period of 9 months. Continue the treatment without break even though improvement will be appeciated in between
