Fever. Blood Test Show High Neutrophils Count. Taking Antibiotics, Not Getting Better. Recommendations?

I have fever from past 3 days and it from 102 it has gone down only to 99 that too when I take paracetamol. Mh blood test reports show negative dengue virus but neutrophils count is very high. Also eosinophils and basophils are .15 and0.00 respectively. Despite taking regular antibiotics I am not feeling better. What is wrong with me
