Fell On A Curb Backwards. Now There Is A Bump On The Spine, Hurts When Touched, Can Feel When Walking. Problem?

Hi, my friend fell backwards on a curb almost two weeks ago. He said that it hurt for a while but was still able to walk around and everything. Now it feels like a little bump on his spine and he said that it hurts when touched and can feel it when he walks around. Should he go to the doctors or will it go alway soon? Is there anything that he can do to help it? Massage it out or something even if it hurts?

Welcome to Health care magic.Your friend needs to see a doctor and get X-rays of his sacrolumbar spine taken to assess for damage to the sacrum /spine.Tenderness after a fall usually signifies trauma to the soft tissues and bone and it would be prudent not to neglect the injury.
