Fell From Skateboard On Right Hand And Hip. Hurts To Walk. What To Do?
Hi, I am Patrick just took a little bit of a spill outside on my skateboard i fell and put out my right hand to take some of the fall and I am having a hard time putting pressure on it (i am trying to do pushups) and I also landed a little bit on my hip and it hurts a little to walk around. Is there any way i can tell if i did anything serious to them
