Feels Barely Have Voice Was Hoarse Before. Had Dry Throat, Stuffy Nose, Congestion. Recovery?

i had a dry throat exactly a week ago, monday, and it went away as my nose started getting stuffy and congested on thursday. friday night i drank and probably was screaming a lot and got a very hoarse voice. it lasted all day saturday and again i drank and screamed. 2 days later i barely have a voice. how long will it take me to recover? what will make it last longer?

see voice recovery after voice abuse takes 10 days to recover completely and if you will again scream or shout it will lead to more pain and complications like vocal cord edema,polyp,nodule anything might develop.
So give complete voice rest.
and take these medicines they will help-
Tab. Chymoral forte one tablet three times a day
Tab. Mucinac 600 once daily
Tab. Sompraz D (Omeprazole +Domperidom ) two times a day half an hour before meals
Syp. Digene gel (antacid gel) 2 tsf two times a day half an hour before meals
Cap. Zevit (multivitamin) twice daily
Steam inhalation
Avoid alcohol, Smoking
do report back after 7 days
