Feeling Tired, Dizzy, Lack Of Appetite. Pain And Tightness In The Chest. Worried

I am 22 and went to the doctors on Friday as I was feeling very tired no matter how much sleep I had shaky getting bad headaches feeling dizzy and more dizzy when I looked down it bent down I don't have a very big appetite at the min I have chest pains where it feels tight and have pain in my left breast feels like muscle pain
