Hello,
Nausea can be due to hormone excess apart from pregnancy excluding general causes at your age. In the current scenario, you should visit a gynecologist and get the hormonal profile done to see if you have attained menopause. A trans-vaginal sonogram should be done to rule out local causes as well. If nothing else is found, and as part of the procedure, pregnancy also is excluded, you can expect the onset of menopause. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
