Feeling Of Bruising On Sole Of Feet With Small Raised Lump. What Could This Be?
Hi Dr Samuel, I have had the feeling of bruising on the sole of my foot for a couple of months now. There hasn t been any bruising, but this morning I notice a small raised lump on the sole of my foot and it looks bruised. What could this be? Thank you Janet

your query has come to me,i hope you won't mind if i answer.Based on your limited symptoms you could be having plantar fascitis which is quite common cause of pain in sole.
my advise would be hot and cold fomentation,mild pain killer for few days and never walk bare foot.
