Feeling Dizzy, Hot And Nausea. Why Am I Getting These Feelings?

yesterday and today i felt dizzy, hot and felt like throwing up, is it because during my period? but the funny thing is i haven t had this before during the past periods i ve had. just letting you know i m not pregnant just wondering why i feel this way could someone please help me or give me the answer to my question. thanks

There is absolutely no need for you to worry. It is one of the commonest health issues that occur in routine life.

Please take plenty of fluids orally. Take antacids like Omeprazole, tums, or Rantac on empty stomach and rest a while.
