Feeling A Twinge Or Like A Light Shock At The Center Of The Chest After Having An Heart Attack

i had a heart attack 5 weeks ago and now find myself feeling and concerned with every little thing. I am at rest now and have what I could describe as a quick twinge or shock not severe in the center of my chest every few minutes but with no pain. should i be concerned

these r just aftershocks... if u feel pain then its a dangerous thing....pain on exertion or rest both r the criteria.
