Feel Very Itchy Around Anus, Vagina. When Washed With Antiseptiv Liquid, Subsides A Little. Reoccurs Again. Suggestions?

My name is blessing. I have a strong feeling of itchyness about 15cm around my anus. I have examined myself many time but find no rush or irritation. Recently i have felt itchynes around my virgina.......i normally wash with dettol antiseptic liquid which relieves for a while and then it comes bak again. I am 33yrs old. Please help!

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
You should not use antiseptic liquid continuously as that can lead to conditions like bacterial vaginosis etc.
Some times conditions like hemorrhoids, anal fissures etc can lead to itching around the anal area.
So once consult gynecologist or general surgeon and get examined to find out the possible cause for your problem.
Use cotton inner wear, change at-least twice a day.
Use only luke warm water and mild soap to clean the local area.
