Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

Your seminal analysis report is quite normal except for the presence of pus cells more than 5. This indicates a possibility of infection somewhere in your reproductive tract.
It could be due to STD cause if you have multiple sex partners or it may be a non-STD infection also. This may be the reason for the irritation following ejaculation.
A culture and sensitivity test from the semen sample will be useful what organism is present and to fix the appropriate management.
There is no evidence in the report for the presence of any crystal like substance.
