What Causes Blood In Semen And Dull Ache In The Testicles?
blood in sperm. I get a dull ache in my tentacles and feel uncomfortable as I believe it my be sperm build up , I m 71 , I have to masturbate which is embarrassing for my age to ease the pain but get more blood than sperm so I thinking it is a build up of blood causing the pain and not sperm
