Feel Numb In The Fingers, Sometimes In The Whole Body. It Happens When Driving Bike, Looking Downwards. Treatment?

Hi, I am feeling sort of numbness on all my fingers of both hands(particularly finger end points) since 1 week. This feeling is persisting continuously all the time. Also since last 2 days some times there is a kind of similar feeling in whole body(more intense and quick come and go). I may not be able to clearly describe this and also my initial observation is it happens when I drive bike and move neck downwards to look below or soon after a long drive.

Thanks in advance.... with regards, Praveen

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
This needs check up of your neck (cervical spine) whether there is spondylosis. Also get your blood pressure measured.
X ray of neck AP and Lateral views may be asked for if you consult orthopedic surgeon.

You must do isometric and active neck movement exercises under a physiotharapist
