Feel Muted Pressure In Head. Faint Sometimes. Concerned.

I am a 65 year old very healthy woman. Work out, eat right, don't smoke, take no Rx medications, have low cholesterol and BP. I have noticed (for 2 days) a feeling of "muted pressure" in my head, and pressure behind my eyes when I look up, down or sideways. Also a faint (distant, muted) knocking when I turn my head or move my eyes. Almost feels the way I would GUESS high blood pressure to feel, but the knocking is weird and disconcerting,

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, I would suggest that you should go for following investigations :-
1. CT/MRI scan of head.
2. Eye checkup.
3. Blood pressure monitoring.

Also you should go for a Neurological examination.
