Fall, Landed On Hip, Pain To Take Steps. To Rule Out Fractured Hip - Calcium Deficiency

I fell down in my garage approx. 3 wks ago. Landed on my hip. No bruising, doesn't hurt to the touch but it hurts when I lift my leg to take normal steps. Getting hard to walk. No pain when sitting down. Can sit "Indian Style" with no problem. It feels like something is hurting deep inside the far right side of my quad and glute on the leg that hit the ground. I'm 46 years old - - just to rule out fractured hip - calcium deficiency :-).

Hi! Thanks for calling on HCM. Initially let me know have you had any X Ray done. It may be bad soft tissue injury which will take some time foe recovery. Still I suggest you see a Ortopaedician and follow his advice. Take care.
