Fainting Spell, Blacked Out, Shaking, Vomiting, Headache, Body Pain. Causes For Symptoms?

I was just out to dinner and as we were leaving I got very warm and had to go to the bathroom. I asked my friend where it was and the next thing I knew she was asking if I was ok and I was on the floor. I apparently blacked out and collapsed. Was very shaky and out of it and then I threw up. In bed now and skin hurts to touch I am freezing but my skin is hot my heads hurts and I m exhausted

Your symptoms are suggestive of acute illness and you should go to the hospital as soon as possible.
The problem can be due to food poisoning which is caused by food contaminated by bacteria or their product toxins.
Another cause for such symptoms can be heat stroke if you had a hectic outdoor session in the open sun.
feeling freezing, hot skin and black out all indicate the problem is quite serious and you must be managed as indoor patient according to the pinpoint cause.
Be proactive to go to ER delaying may result in poor outcome.
