Fainted, Suffered A Concussion, Bruising On Back, Headache, Pressure Behind Eyes, Nose Bleeds. Normal Symptoms?

Hi I fell on the ice 2 days ago and knocked myself out I visited A&E and after 51/2 hrs they said a probably had concusion and brusing to my back, since yday I ve had a severe headache and pressure and sorness behind my eyes and also I woke up this morning with a nose ful of dry blood :( are these normal symptoms ? and how long before I feel better? thanks
