FNAC Test Done. Am I Affected With TB?

Hello doctor,
I am having one glad swelling at right side of neck, it came 3 years back. i have lost my weight from 65kgs to 53 kgs in 2 months time. i suffered from fever almost for 26 days. now fever is not there. i have diagnose with FNAC test. it results as below.
Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology result :
Site : Cervical Lymphnode
Aspirate : Cheery material
Microscopic Examination : Cystosmears show Lymphocytes,histiocytes,clusters of epitheliod cells against a caseous necrotic background.
Impression : Features S/o Tuberculous Lymphadenitis.
Please suggest is i am effected with TB

Your neck swelling,weight loss of 12 kgs, fever of 26 days and FNAC report clearly indicate that you are suffering from tubercular lymphadenitis.
I suggest you to get the treatment started and you will see a dramatic improvement within 2 weeks.I hope you will get your treatment started soon!Take care!
