Eyes Suffers From Double Vision. Muscle That Holds Eye Is Not Well Adjusted. Concentrating On Object Cause Headache

Hello
my eyes suffer from double vision, I went to a private doctor and told me that I have an eye and one of the 4 muscles that hold the eye is not well adjusted.
If I concentrate on a close object I don't see double, but the objects that are far I do see double and so is the opposite of this example, and that concentrating causes my a permanent headache.
I don't have squint, and my pupils goes in normal directions.

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello,
It seems from the history that you are probably having latent squint which is leading to muscle imbalance resulting in intermittent double vision and headache.
This requires evaluation by an ophthalmologist before coming to diagnosis and treatment.
Thank you.
