Hi and thanks for the query,
It might be appropriate for you to reduce the intensity of light from computers coming into your eyes. Reduction of eye straining is fundamental. Recommended screens to reduce the intensity of the light from computers getting into the eyes are available, the distance from computer also deserves to be adjusted.
A consultation with an opthalmologist is of vital importance. This shall help in evaluating the visual acuity and any corrective lenses if needed will be prescribed. The specialist might give you key advice pieces to ameliorate and prevent deterioration of your vision.
thanks and hope this helps,
Luchuo, MD.
