Extremely Painful To Touch, Itchy Vagina With Non Fluid Filled Bumps On Vagina. History Of Switching Birth Control. Help
Hello I recently switched birth control and douched and a few days later I started to get symptoms of what I thought was a yeast infection but then after taking over the counter medicine it did not go away but got worse becoming extremley painful to touch and very itchy also there are like two or three non fluid filled bumps on my vagina what could it be?
Based on the provided description a doctor would suspect a sexually transmitted infection and so you will have to be both physically examined and diagnosed with samples of the tissue in the affected region by a laboratory. As of now the most likely diagnosed could either be an STD (eg. Herpes, etc), or even conditions like dermatitis, etc; but those are less likely.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
