Extremely Painful Small Swelling Near Anus On Perineum. Any Remedy?

I have a very small lump/swelling near anus on strting of perineum... Got it 4/5 days ago... It is painfull like hell... Its size has decreased but the amount of the pain is same as it was on first day.. I can't sit on a chair without pain... Plz tel me if its dangerous or how long it will take to recover? Remember I am a 21 years old boy, from Pakistan where health facilities are not proper..

It is anal fissure or piles. U r not discuss about ur bowel habit. If u have constipation than u take Looz or esabghol daily at bed time. Take hot seitz bath in morning .It means in bathtub take lukewarmwater add betadine lotion and sits in this tub for 10-15 min.Orally take tab cipro -Tz twice daily and apply fucibet cream twice daily.
