Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this discomfort and lump around the anus. We would d our best to contribute in identifying the problem and providing solutions to make you feel better.

Fro the information you have provided, you probably have hemorrhoids. When they get big in size, the can travel out through the anus and present as a small round soft ball. Passing stool aggravates these symptoms and may cause blood to be present in stools.

You would need to get examined for appropriate diagnosis and management after a comprehensive physical examination and ay be a few tests if need be. Starting with your primary care physician is a good idea.

For now, eat a lot of vegetables, fruits and drink much water to make sure your stool is soft enough. Avoid long unwarranted upright positions. Try some pain medications like Tylenol and ibuprofen for relief while you get to see your doctor. Also, there is a local suppository anesthetic that you may want to ask your closes pharmacist.

I hope this helps and provides ample information for you to act on. Thank you for using our services and feel free to ask for clarifications if need be.
I wish you well.
