Experiencing Nausea,spotting And Delay In Periods

hi my name is angelina im 39 yrs old and i have 9 children but my question is i had some spotting on march 4 and it stopped the same day i was due to get my period march 8 and i had some spotting that day and stopped i didnt get my period i did a pregnancy test in which it was negative is there a possibility that im pregnant i have had some nausea and headaches?

Your symptoms are indicating towards pregnancy.
Sometimes urine pregnancy test can be false negative, get serum beta-hcg test done to rule out pregnancy.
