I don't eat too much. I drink a lot of water. One thing that does bother me is my excessive weight gain. I wake up in the morning, I get to see myself getting wider shoulders and weight size. It's happening every morning, I get to see myself getting wider. I have a healthy nutritious balanced diet such as dairy, vegetables& fruits, meat and etc.

get your thyroid profile done to rule out hypothyroidism as it causes weight gain.
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day and you will feel the results. The first step in weight loss is always the hardest but once you get through it, you can get on with life and be happy, not worrying about your weight.
