First i am not Dr.Samuel I am Dr.Bimal Desai.
The sex is in our mind & not in organ.
The orgasm can be prolonged by stop-start -stop method.
We cannot decided the quality of sperms by necked eye.
Any healthy food is good for not only sperms but our health.
So don't think much enjoy your life you will get prolonged sex if you keep yourself without tension.
