hi i m staff nurse. my 36 days male baby decentry 10 times per day past 15 days .my son feeding for not enough frest beeding so i do dexolac milk powder.doctor advice stop dexolac only frestbeeding and pro soyal milk powder. but not stoped indigestion sometime green colour mostion.pls tell whats the reasion and treatment of the problem

Hi, it appears to be the viral diarrhea, or lactose intolarance, means milk of any source is not suitable for him . so you may have to stop even the breast milk. And give only prosoyl powder or any soya product.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe lactobacillus sachets two times daily. and drops with dil oil to prevent colic and frequency. Thank you.
