Duration For Erythromycin To Wear Off From System? Some Side Effects Still Present
How long would it take for erythromycin to wear off from the system. A single 500 mg dose once has caused side effects - nausea vomiting stomach ache headache tingling in the arm fever and severe palpitations. Most of the symptoms are gone with I.V steroid administration 12 hours ago. And now palpitations, pulse rate 140 and fever is back.

symptoms might persist for some time. Advisable to take much fluids and continue to be watchful.
