Dull Pain On Lower Right Side, Nausea, Vomiting. History Of Kidney Stones. Reoccurring?

I have a pain that is dull on my lower right side could it be a kidney stone. Two nights earlier I had a sharper pain on my lower right side and felt nauseated and threw up and the pain gradually went away and I went asleep. Is there anything else it could be? I had laser surgery for kidney stones that would not break up about18 years ago but it came on suddenly and the pain was severe.

hello
thanks for posting query
since you had kidney stones before also so i think you can judge the type of pain.. yes it can be a stone again or it can be appendicitis . you should visit a general physician and ask him for your ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis and plan the treatment accordingly..
hope it helps
