Dull Pain In Thigh And Pins And Needles In Same Thigh Weeks Back. What Is The Cause?

I have a dull pain in my right thigh for a week now. I'm not sure if its related but about 2 weeks ago I experienced some pins and needles/ warming type sensations down the same righ thigh - this lasted on and off for about a week. I would appreciate your opinion on this.

hi this may due to diabetes melllitus kindly check the sugar level it mat diabetic neorpathy pain avoid all sugar containing substance
