Dull Lower Abdominal Pain, Gurgling In Stomach, Urge To Pass Stools. Cause?

Im having lower abdominal pain, not horrible but like an annoying dull pain and i feel like i have to go to the bathroom but i cant, and when i do its barely anything and my stomach has been gurgling in the intestinal area off and on all day,
what could this be?
Just IBS or what?

Haven't eaten much today, just a snack

Hi,
As these symptoms have only lasted a day, the most likely cause at this stage is constipation. I would suggest drink plenty of fluids. Take fresh fruit and vegetables. Paracetamol may help the pain if you need help with pain relief. It is most likely to improve over the next 24-48 hours.
