Welcome to the forum,

Dry, sand paper like feeling in the cheeks can be due to dry mouth i.e xerostomia, salivary gland disorders, oral pathological conditions like lichen planus, leukoplakia, OSMF.

I would suggest you to visit to the Dentist and get the thorough clinical examination done to determine the diagnosis and plan appropriate treatment.

At home take lukewarm saline and antiseptic mouthwash gargles 2-3 times daily.

Start with multivitamin suplements.

Take complete balanced diet and drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.

Maintain a good oral hygiene.

Hope this helps out,
