Dry And Irritated Penis Skin After Sex. Itchy. What Could This Be?
for the past 7 mths i have noticed the skin on the shaft of the penis becoming dry and irritated especially after sex. I am uncircumcised and the skin that folds at the tip of the penis cracks after topical treatment with anti fingals (ketakonozole) It sometimes is irritated for days and has now began to itch at nites. i am worried.....what could this be???? when i treat with the cream and use vaseline it appear to heal with discolored patches but goes back to square 1 after sex!!

It seems that you might have Belano Prosthitis giving you this problem.
Due to collection of smegma under the foreskin gives rise to this problem.
This will give infection on foreskin.
Make a habit of cleaning of glans of penis by averting foreskin daily while taking bath.
Apply antibiotic cream or some moisturizing cream on the part.
Rule out diabetes as this may cause dryness and cracking on penis,
Ok and bye.

The problem of cracked skin is due to your fungal infection.
The fore skin have more succeptiable to catch fungal infection.
Both partners to be treated simultaneously to prevent recurrence.That may be the reason you are not recovered from tropical medicine.
You should require systemic anti fungal medicine along with tropical ointment .
